It harvests the email addresses and phone numbers shown on the page you're viewing, scores each by confidence, and pairs emails with phones. An optional AI verification step double-checks the uncertain candidates — confirming real contacts and dropping false positives — but it doesn't verify deliverability. Harvesting is local-first.

No. You supply the inputs from your own session; resolution happens on demand. NameToProfile doesn't scrape Sales Navigator, crawl LinkedIn, or keep a database of profiles. The extensions read only the page you navigate to yourself, when you click — never in the background.

What data do the browser extensions send?

They're local-first. Extraction, capture and exports happen in your browser; data leaves only when you ask for something that needs the backend — resolving URLs, ICP scoring, or ContactHarvest's optional AI verification (which sends just the uncertain candidates). Your API key and history stay in your browser's local storage.

Where does the AI run?

On the NameToProfile backend, using your account's credits. The extensions never call an LLM provider directly from your machine, and they don't act on your behalf — every AI output is text you review and use yourself.

You own the inputs and results you process; we don't sell or resell your leads or uploaded datasets. We only use aggregated, anonymized or de-identified data to operate and improve the service.

For data you submit for processing you are the controller / Data Fiduciary and we act as your processor; for our own account, billing and security data we are the controller.
