The NameToProfile Excel add-in installs a “Name to Profile” ribbon tab in Microsoft Excel for Windows. Select a column of Sales Navigator lead URLs, click Resolve, and the public profile URLs — plus confidence scores — fill the next columns. No exports, no copy-paste.

A native ribbon tab inside Excel on Windows
The Excel add-in is a native Windows desktop integration for Microsoft Excel — not a web add-in. After install, Excel shows a new Name to Profile tab in the ribbon with an Open Resolver button that opens a task pane on the right of your workbook. From the pane you enter your API key once, see your remaining credits, select your data, and resolve.
The add-in reads your selected cells, batches the Sales Navigator URLs, sends them to the resolver, and writes the public profile URLs back into adjacent columns alongside a confidence score for each row.

Download the installer from your dashboard
Sign in to your dashboard, open the Downloads section, and download the Excel add-in installer (a ClickOnce setup.exe).

Run setup.exe to install
Close Excel, then double-click setup.exe and follow the prompts. The installer checks for .NET 4.7.2 and installs it if needed, then registers the add-in. If Windows SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway.

Open Excel and find the ribbon tab
Launch Excel — a new Name to Profile tab appears in the ribbon. Click it, then Open Resolver to slide in the task pane on the right.

Paste your API key
Copy your API key from the dashboard (Settings → API Key), paste it into the task pane, and click Save. Your credit usage appears below; the key is stored securely on your machine and auto-loads on every launch.

Select your data and click Resolve Selection
Select either one column of Sales Navigator URLs or two adjacent columns (names + URLs), then click Resolve Selection. Public profile URLs are written to the next column with a confidence score after that; batches over 100 URLs are split automatically.
